This limited lifetime warranty outlines the terms and conditions under which we guarantee the performance and longevity of our flooring products. Please review the following warranty details carefully.

1. Coverage

Sonoran Concrete Coatings (“We” OR "the Company") offers the following Limited Lifetime warranty for our concrete coating services to you, the Client (“client” OR “customer” OR “claimant” OR “purchaser”), subject to the conditions outlined below:

1.1 Guarantee Includes:

  1. Delamination: We guarantee that our coatings will not delaminate due to improper installation, poor workmanship, or manufacturer defect.

  2. Peeling or Chipping: We guarantee that our coatings will not peel or chip as a result of poor adhesion to the concrete due to improper installation, poor workmanship, or manufacturer defect.

  3. Fading: We guarantee that our coatings will not visibly fade due to improper installation, poor workmanship, or manufacturer defect.

1.2 Coverage Conditions:

  1. Inspection: All warranty claims are subject to inspection by an authorized technician. This inspection will determine the validity and viability of the claim. No warranty claim will be honored without a completed inspection.

  2. Communication: The outcome of the inspection, including any findings and conclusions, will be communicated to the claimant. Further actions will be based on the technician’s report.

  3. Final Decision: The decision of the authorized technician regarding the warranty claim shall be final and binding.

2. Exclusions

The following conditions are not covered by this warranty:

  1. Concrete Cracks: Cracks in the concrete due to expansion joints, natural ground shifting, structural changes, or modifications are not covered.

  2. Pre-existing Moisture: Peeling or delamination caused by pre-existing moisture in the concrete or moisture due to adverse weather, water leakages from piping, accidents such as pipe bursts or flooding, or any other “acts of god” are not covered.

  3. Improper Maintenance: Issues related to improper maintenance or cleaning that deviate from the Sonoran Concrete Coating Aftercare Instructions that were provided to you at the time of installation, and also available to view on this website, here.

  4. Product: Any product used outside of those exclusively provided by Sonoran Concrete Coatings.

  5. Damage from External Factors: Damage or chipping resulting from negligence, scratching, gouging, fire, extreme heat, molten metals, welding materials, acids, solvents, thinners, dropping heavy objects, car fluids, jack stands without padding, high-traffic use, heavy equipment, harsh chemicals, is not covered.

  6. Alterations: Any alterations or modifications made to the concrete surface after the installation of the coating are not covered.

  7. Normal Wear and Tear: Issues arising from ordinary usage, aging, or environmental factors are not covered.

  8. Variations in Color: Variations in color between online product samples and the installed floor.

  9. Vertical Surfaces: All vertical surfaces are excluded from the warranty.

3. Repair and Reimbursement

  1. Reimbursement: An agreement can be made for reimbursement of the cost of repair, provided it is requested and approved exclusively by Sonoran Concrete Coatings. Sonoran concrete coatings reserves the sole right in dictating and determining which costs are covered under warranty, such as labor costs, materials costs, etc.

  2. Approval: Approval of a warranty request will be considered and approved at the sole discretion of Sonoran Concrete Coatings.

4. Claims Process

  1. Submission: To submit a warranty claim, please contact Sonoran Concrete Coatings at (602) 477-9095 to schedule an inspection by an authorized technician.

  2. Time frame: Once a warranty claim is filed, the company has 60 days to respond to the purchasers claim.

  3. Inspection: The authorized technician will assess the issue and provide a report on the validity of the claim.

  4. No Validity: If said warranty is not deemed a warranty issue by Sonoran Concrete Coatings, the claimant (the customer) will be sent an invoice of $200 for costs associated with the claim.

  5. Outcome: The claimant will be informed of the findings and any further actions required based on the technician’s report.

  6. Repair Options: If the claim is covered under warranty, the Company will proceed with the necessary repairs or replacements. If a third-party repair is chosen, reimbursement will be considered as per the terms outlined above.

5. General Terms

  1. Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the service.

  2. Modifications: Sonoran Concrete Coatings reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to the original purchaser.

  3. Legal Rights: This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including (without limitation) the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In the case of legal action, the client agrees any litigation against the company related to the legality and enforcement of this warranty shall be commenced in a court of competent jurisdiction within Maricopa County, in the State of Arizona, under the terms and conditions of Arizona State Law.
