2. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes or estimates generated through our website are preliminary and non-binding. Final pricing is confirmed only after:

  • An in-person site evaluation

  • Surface preparation assessment

  • Final material selection

  • Agreement on project scope

We reserve the right to modify pricing if the condition of the surface is different than initially represented.

3. Deposit and Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your project on our schedule.

  • The remaining balance is due immediately upon project completion, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% per 15 days past due.

  • Accepted payment methods include: cash, check, credit card (processing fee applies)

4. Surface & Service Disclaimers

  • Concrete condition disclaimer: We cannot guarantee coating performance on slabs with pre-existing structural damage, moisture intrusion, or improper installation.

  • Moisture issues: If a slab has high moisture vapor transmission (MVT) and no vapor barrier, we may require a moisture mitigation system at additional cost.

  • Surface prep disclaimer: Unless agreed in writing, pricing does not include leveling or correcting major floor imperfections, spalling, or cracks beyond standard prep.

  • Color variation: Slight variations in coating color or gloss may occur due to lighting, substrate tone, or product batch.

5. Warranties

We offer a 20 year limited workmanship warranty on most floor coating installations, which covers:

  • Peeling or delamination caused by improper installation

  • Premature coating failure due to installer error

Exclusions include, but are not limited to:

  • Moisture-related failures

  • Substrate movement or cracking

  • Improper maintenance or chemical abuse

  • Damage caused by heavy impact, dragging, or hot tires

6. Customer Maintenance Responsibilities

To ensure the long-term durability and appearance of your concrete coating, the customer agrees to follow the maintenance guidelines provided at the time of project completion. Failure to follow these instructions may void any warranty coverage. Listed below is a brief summary of our aftercare instructions. For the full list, please click here.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Keeping the floor clean and free of debris using a broom, dust mop, or vacuum.

  • Washing the surface regularly with a pH-neutral cleaner and soft mop or microfiber pad.

  • Avoiding harsh chemicals or acidic cleaners, such as bleach, ammonia, vinegar, or degreasers not approved by Sonoran Concrete Coatings LLC.

  • Wiping up oil, gasoline, and chemical spills promptly to avoid staining or breakdown of the topcoat.

  • Avoiding dragging heavy or sharp objects across the coated surface.

  • Using protective pads under furniture, jacks, or heavy equipment.

  • Monitoring and addressing water leaks or flooding that could compromise the coating.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sonoran Concrete Coatings LLC will not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by weather, material shortages, or site inaccessibility
